Tiffany Maurycy


Tiffany has a B.S. in Marketing from the College of William & Mary. Her professional career began at General Electric in 1993. She is a graduate of the GE Financial Management Program (FMP) and was a member of the elite GE Corporate Audit Staff where she had diverse assignments leading business wide initiatives such as Six Sigma quality, pricing , risk management and year end financial reviews. These assignments spanned 12 GE businesses that ranged from manufacturing, consumer products, insurance, and financial service in locations across the globe. To further round out her exposure to functional business areas, her final assignment with General Electric was with GE Capital Fleet Services working in Sales helping direct new business development and strategic growth.

In 1999, Tiffany left GE to pursue opportunities with technology start-up companies. The journey began as Director of Client Services for StrategIM, an IT Management Consulting start-up specializing in off-shore development. In this assignment, she was responsible for developing, leading and managing all efforts around sales, marketing and customer support processes. She was instrumental in business plan development and strategic planning for StrategIM which lead to her second start-up opportunity with Logicalis, an IT Managed Service Provider. Tiffany was hired in the conceptional stages of the start-up to assist in business plan development, strategic planning and forecasting. Her role evolved over the three years from management consultant, to global marketing manager to quality leader to application development manager.

In 2003, Tiffany joined Columbine Carpet as Director of Operations to assist with turn around efforts. The main focus of her tenure was to complete strategic planning and build infrastructure to ensure proper execution of the business plan. The company had hired an investment banker to help solicit outside investors to support growth initiatives.

In 2004, Tiffany was hired by Quiznos, a global franchise company as Director of Sales Operations. In this role, Tiffany provided leadership and operational management to inside Sales with 100K calls to prospects, Application Processing with 30K applications to process, Underwriting with 2K agreements to be reviewed, and Real Estate with 2K site locations to be approved along with 2K Store openings to be verified.

In 2006, Tiffany joined Orion Advisory. She has coached individuals and teams, helping them build skills, develop new capabilities while creating a safe environment to learn. The overall goal is to give each person or team the ability to "feel like a winner."
